We tasked Studio Taitt with designing four main rooms in our new home. From the very beginning Saskia was a joy to work with. She spent time to understand us as a family, & the style & spaces we wanted to create in our new home. The project got delayed (as new build houses always do) but Saskia was always happy to accommodate this & work with the new timelines (even with her impending arrival on the way!). Saskia was very professional to work with & took control of everything from start to finish making the process very easy & stress free for ourselves. Nothing was ever too much hassle, even when we did experience a couple of issues during the installation phase Saskia always found a way to resolve this. Before ordering anything we always went through a thorough sign off process, including mood boards & a full design board for each room. This ensured we always knew exactly what we were getting & were happy every step of the way. We are absolutely delighted with the end result of our master bedroom! Saskia’s vision and design was modern yet unique, creating the ambience of a calm but luxurious space. She met the “luxury hotel” brief perfectly, inspiring us with interesting colours and textures that look fantastic.

Saskia’s eye for creativity is a unique gift. She can walk into a room and get a vision to transform it into something so wonderful, that neither my husband or I could ever have even thought of… And this is exactly what she did with our dining/ living room. From the second she set foot in the space she had magical plans to fulfil our dream of a rustic, minimalistic and vintage space. We knew we wanted to preserve the character of our 1900s property with a natural wood finish throughout, whilst incorporating our modernistic style with influence from our travels around the world. Saskia managed to create a lime-washed terracotta wall and ceiling covering, contrasted with a handmade ‘songket’ woven cloth hung proudly on the wall, sourced from our wedding trip to Indonesia. We enjoy delicious home-cooked meals in idyllic surroundings on a daily basis thanks to the warmth and cosiness Studio Taitt has brought to our dining space. We can’t wait for the next project together.
